Surface Preparation & Cleaning
The process begins with sweeping the roof, removing dust and debris, and ensuring the surface is bone dry. Foam adheres strongly to anything, so the surface must be clean to ensure it bonds to the concrete, not the dust.
Automated Heating & Mixing

Can you spray foam over old tiles, or do I need to demolish them?
No demolition needed! This is one of foam’s greatest advantages. We thoroughly clean the tiles/ceramics, and the foam is sprayed directly on top. It chemically reacts and bonds fiercely to the tiles, forming an impermeable shield.
What is the protective layer you apply over the foam? And why?
Foam is superb for water and heat, but its only enemy is direct Ultraviolet rays (Riyadh’s sun). Therefore, once the foam cures, we coat the entire surface with a reflective rubberized acrylic layer (UV resistant) that protects it from degradation, extending its lifespan for years.
Can I walk on or store items on top of the foam roof?
