Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the contractual relationship between us and our clients to ensure the delivery of high-quality and safe waterproofing and engineering contracting services within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Waterproof Riyadh is pleased to offer its services. By browsing this site or engaging with us contractually, you fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully to protect the rights of both parties during the execution of thermal and waterproofing projects.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this site or requesting a free technical leak inspection, you legally acknowledge and commit to all clauses mentioned herein. If you do not agree to any part of this agreement, please refrain from using our technical services or filling out request forms.
2. Scope of Services & Estimates
We provide water and thermal insulation services (Foam, Epoxy, Acrylic) according to the following controls:
Quotations
Technical estimates and quotes issued by our engineers are valid for 15 days only from the date of the site inspection.
Material Quality
We commit to using certified original insulation materials (e.g., American Foam and health-safe Epoxy for tanks) compliant with technical specifications approved by the National Water Company and relevant authorities.
3. Payment & Financial Terms
Financial dealings are subject to clear clauses to preserve contractual rights:
- An advance payment (as agreed in the contract) is required before material supply and commencement of actual work on-site.
- The remaining balance must be paid immediately upon completion of insulation works and safety tests (water submersion test).
- All prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) as per the financial regulations of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).
4. Warranty Terms & Policy
Waterproof Riyadh grants its clients a documented written warranty of up to **10 years** on waterproofing and thermal insulation works. However, the client’s right to the warranty is immediately voided in the following cases:
5. Client Responsibilities On-Site
The client is obligated to prepare the work environment for engineers and technicians by:
- Providing a continuous and safe water and electricity source at the site to operate foam and epoxy spray machines.
- Removing large debris and clutter from roofs or tanks before the arrival of our cleaning and spraying team.
- Securing necessary entry permits for residential compounds or commercial warehouses in Riyadh.
6. Contract Cancellation & Modification
The client has the right to request a modification of the insulation start date at least 48 working hours before the execution date. In case of contract cancellation after the insulation materials have been supplied to the client’s site, the company reserves the right to deduct transportation and logistical operation expenses from the advance payment.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any contractual dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first; otherwise, it will be referred to the competent judicial authorities in Riyadh.
